Typographical Errors
In the event that a Avalon Saddlery product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Avalon Saddlery reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Avalon Saddlery reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Avalon Saddlery shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Avalon Saddlery without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Miscellaneous
Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of California, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited to the purchase of Avalon Saddlery products) shall be in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of Avalon Saddlery products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. Avalon Saddlery's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. Avalon Saddlery may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Avalon Saddlery or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.
Participation Disclaimer
Avalon Saddlery does not and cannot review all communications and materials posted to or created by users accessing the site, and is not in any manner responsible for the content of these communications and materials. You acknowledge that by providing you with the ability to view and distribute user-generated content on the site, Avalon Saddlery is merely acting as a passive conduit for such distribution and is not undertaking any obligation or liability relating to any contents or activities on the site. However, Avalon Saddlery reserves the right to block or remove communications or materials that it determines to be (a) abusive, defamatory, or obscene, (b) fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading, (c) in violation of a copyright, trademark or; other intellectual property right of another or (d) offensive or otherwise unacceptable to Avalon Saddlery in its sole discretion.

In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, Avalon Saddlery may link to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with Avalon Saddlery, Avalon Saddlery has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of Avalon Saddlery. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, Avalon Saddlery seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work).

Avalon Saddlery Return Policy
Merchandise purchased at full retail price and returned within 60 days from the ship date on your invoice will be credited in the original tender (credit card, gift card or online gift certificate), if accompanied by original invoice. After 60 days, the current selling price will be credited if accompanied by the original sales receipt.
Merchandise purchased at sale price and returned within 30 days will be credited in the original tender or merchandise credit, if accompanied by original sales receipt. After 30 days, sale product is not eligible for return credit.
Price adjustments will be accepted within 10 days from the ship date. Price adjustments are accepted on items purchased at the full retail price only. Items purchased on sale are not eligible for further price adjustment.
Personalized or Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items must be in like-new condition and unworn to be accepted as a return.
1. Making a Return
Return by mail. Please use the original shipping box and packing materials. For your convenience, a postage-paid return label has been provided. Simply affix the label to your package and leave it in a secure place where you normally place your outgoing mail or take it to your local post office. Your package will be returned to us via the United States Postal Service.
We will deduct $8 from your order refund for return postage when using the postage-paid return label. If you pay the return postage yourself, you will not be charged a fee. The $8 fee does not apply to gift returns from a gift recipient or same-item exchanges. If you need an additional return label, please contact a Customer Service Representative at (818) 326-3939 or e-mail us at service.1@avalonsaddlery.com and we'll send you one. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Please allow up to 3 days after you mail your return for tracking to be available. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.
If you wish to pay the return postage yourself, you will not be charged the $8 fee. Take the package to your postal carrier and mail it to the following address:

This address can only be used to return items purchased at AvalonSaddlery.com. If you would like to return items purchased elsewhere, please contact a Customer Service Representative at 805-693 9698 and he or she will be happy to assist you.
When paying for return postage yourself, we suggest you insure the package via U.S. Mail or FedEx, and purchase tracking services for your protection. Save the shipping receipt for your records. Only merchandise received by our warehouse can be credited.
All returns will be credited to the original form of payment unless otherwise specified on the return/exchange form. Your credit card account will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s), and the credit should appear on your next statement. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.
Return to any of our domestic U.S. Avalon Saddlery stores. You must have your invoice with you in order for the store to process your return and credit the original form of payment. Please contact a Customer Service Representative at 805-693 9698 to find a Avalon Saddlery Store or Avalon Saddlery Factory Store near you. Returns cannot be made at department and specialty store locations. Items must be in like-new condition and unworn to be accepted as a return in our stores.
Please note that returning AyoraSaddlery.com merchandise at our retail stores can be a time-consuming process. We strongly recommend that you make returns by mail using the postage-paid return label provided with your order.
2. Making an Exchange
Specify the exchange item and the new color or size on the return/exchange form. Include the form in your return package. Simply affix the postage-paid return label to your package and drop it in the mail, and we'll send your new item free of shipping charges. Exchange requests must be made within 60 days of order receipt for merchandise purchased at full retail price. Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of order receipt for merchandise purchased at sale price.
If you're exchanging an item because of a mistake on the part of AyoraSaddlery.com or because of quality issues, AyoraSaddlery.com will pay the shipping cost to send a replacement item to you. The replacement order will be sent via Standard Ground Delivery.
Returned items for exchange will be credited to the original form of payment and a new order will be placed for replacement item(s). Availability of replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of exchange processing.
3. Returning a Gift
Gift recipients who return an item and do not want an exchange will be issued a AvalonSaddlery.com online gift certificate. You will receive an e-mail notification upon receipt of your gift return provided that your e-mail address is included on your return/exchange form.
Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.
Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
